Tomash Devenishek

Tomash is a technology industry veteran who spent the last 17 years building large scale consumer technology products in the social, gamification, blockchain and betting verticals. As a CEO & Founder of Kero Sports, Tomash is responsible for the company’s strategy and leads every key pillar of the business including; technology, product and sales, focused on delivering next-gen sportsbetting experiences with the entertainment value of mainstream apps like TikTok. He is supported by an incredible executive team of seasoned individuals with deep subject matter expertise in each pillar.

Angela Sun

Angela is an independent board member at Kero. She also serves on the Board of Directors of The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU), Apollo Strategic Growth Capital (NYSE: APGB.U) and Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK). She spent ten years at Bloomberg LP, most recently as Global Head of Strategy and Corporate Development and also Chief of Staff to the CEO where she led the company's largest transformation efforts. Prior to joining Bloomberg, L.P., Angela served as a Senior Policy Advisor in the Bloomberg Administration.

Benjie Cherniak

Benjie is an early investor and Board Member to Kero. Previously, Mr. Cherniak served as President of Don Best Sports, which sold to Scientific Games in 2018. As Managing Director at Scientific Games, Cherniak forged tier-one operator partnerships across The Americas, Europe and Asia.  He is a prominent investor and advisor to companies in the sports betting space. With 17+ years of industry experience, Benjie is a leading voice in the emerging US sports betting industry from both an operational and legislative perspective.

Christopher Barnard

Chris is an early investor and Board Member to Kero. He is formerly the President of Points International (NYSE: PCOM) a loyalty rewards technology and data intelligence company which he founded in 2000 and sold in May 2022 for $380M in cash. As President of Points and its subsidiary Points.com Inc., Mr. Barnard was responsible for corporate strategy, corporate development and investor relations. He has also held various interim operating positions at Points including Chief Financial Officer, as well as being responsible for both product development and marketing.

Roger Ehrenberg

Roger Ehrenberg is an investor in and an advisor to Kero. Roger is the Founder and Managing Partner of Eberg Capital, a pioneer in bridging the gap among sports franchises, sports betting, media and entertainment. Roger's current sports investments include stakes in the Miami Marlins, Real Salt Lake, Betr, Commonwealth, Simplebet, SlamBall, Smarkets and WagerWire. Roger also founded IA Ventures, among the most successful seed stage venture firms of this generation, having been first-money in to companies including Datadog ($30b market cap), Digital Ocean ($3b market cap), The Trade Desk ($33b) and Wise ($7b market cap). Roger is a recognized leader in early-stage business building and has sat on the Boards of more than 20 companies in his career.

Mahmoud Adada

Mahmoud Adada an advisor to Kero. He leads Microsoft Turing Montreal, a hub for natural language research and engineering. He manages a team that develops and deploys advanced language models for various Microsoft products. He has a passion for building systems that connect research and production, and has a background in ML systems engineering and NLP.

Lloyd Danzig

Lloyd is an early investor and advisor to Kero. He is a Managing Partner of Sharp Alpha Advisors, a venture capital firm specializing in sports betting and online gaming. Lloyd is also a frequent keynote speaker, guest lecturer, and podcast guest on the topic of innovation and investment in the sports betting industry.

David Sargeant

David is a consultant, advisor, investor (including in Kero) and dealmaker in the sports betting, iGaming and gambling industry. He has worked for over 20 years with the biggest names in sports and sports betting globally such as teams, leagues, casinos, tribes, racetracks and media companies. David is responsible for over 40 deals across 18 U.S. states including deals involving the Cavaliers, Jets, Jaguars, Diamondbacks, NASCAR, PGA Tour, CBS Sports, MSG, and the biggest sports betting deals state-by-state including those in Arizona, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia and Texas.

Scott Secord

Scott Secord is an investor and advisor to Kero. He has spent more than 20 years in the sports technology/gaming industry. Scott currently serves as Managing Partner of Cardinal Sports Capital, an investment and advisory firm focused on the sports gaming, data and media verticals. Prior to Cardinal Sports Capital, Scott served as President/CEO of Gaming Nation Inc., a public company which was acquired in 2019.  He also serves as a director on a number of public and private company boards.

Susan Hansel

Susan Hensel is an advisor to Kero. She leverages nearly 20 years experience in gaming as a lawyer and advisor to the industry. As a former gaming regulator and two term President of the International Association of Gaming Regulators, Hensel has a deep understanding of U.S. gaming law and regulation. She is co-founder of Hensel Grad P.C., a gaming law and advisory firm. Hensel was chosen as one of the 25 People to Watch by Global Gaming Magazine and named one of the Ten Most Influential Women in gaming by iGaming Business. She is among the best known and respected former U.S. regulators on an international stage.
